ASEP occurs each day after school until 5:30 P.M. Primarily serving elementary-age students of Belgrade Central School and students from Messalonskee Middle School, the program includes a healthy snack, homework time and free play monitored by teen staff members. The daily cost is $10 per child for Town residents and $12 per child for non-residents. During school vacations and teacher workshops, there is a Program which is offered (KidZone) and is expanded to 7:30 A.M.-5:30 P.M. On those days, the cost is $18 per child for residents and $20 for non-residents.
