Lakes Committee meeting

The Lakes Committee will discuss draft recommendations for actions the Town could take to protect and preserve Long Pond when it meets at 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, in the Town Office, 990 Augusta Road. The public may also participate via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88927724178. All Town board and committee meetings are open to the public. The full agenda is posted below.
The recommendations are being proposed as a result of a watershed survey of Long Pond last year. Similar surveys have recently been conducted in the Great Pond and Messalonskee Lake watersheds, as well.
