The Cemetery Committee will discuss preparations for the Memorial Day observance at Pine Grove Cemetery on May 30 when it meets at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 28. The committee will meet at the Town's Maintenance Garage at 60 Oakland Road. The meeting is open to the public. The full agenda is posted below.
The Cemetery Committee advises the Board of Selectpersons on matters related to the Town's cemeteries. The five-member committee, which meets monthly, also provides input to the Town's sexton, the employee responsible for the care and maintenance of the cemeteries. Committee members serve staggered three-year terms.
