Fatal Footsteps: Katahdin's Lost Hikers

A little something different from Maine mystery writer Maureen Milliken, as part of this year's community read, she'll take a look at some of the tragic stories as humans do battle with Katahdin. The slide and story presentation is one of the events in association with this year's 2023 Belgrade Community Read, "This Wild Land," by Andrew Vietze. The presentation was originally an episode of the Crime & Stuff podcast that Maureen co-hosts with her sister, Maine artist Rebecca Milliken, but now with pictures! And, of course, refreshments will be served!
