The Cemetery Committee will continue its review and proposed update of the Town's Cemetery Ordinance when it meets at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, at the Town Office, 990 Augusta Road. All Town board and committee meetings are open to the public. The agenda is posted below.
The Cemetery Committee advises the Board of Selectpersons on matters related to the Town's cemeteries. The five-member committee, which meets monthly, also provides input to the Town's sexton, the employee responsible for the care and maintenance of the cemeteries.
